I was impressed with QRD - they gave me a next-day appointment and a fixed quote. The engineer was punctual and polite, he unblocked our drain quickly, and took away the fat-burgers that had caused the blockage. Excellent service, and I think the price was reasonable.

QRD are amazing!. I was fortunate to get an appointment on the same say. The engineer arrived early, diagnosed and remedies the issue promptly. No fuss !. He explained the issue and the cost was exactly as they quoted. I have dealt with a number a drainage companies who are frankly very unreliable. I have been charged excessively in the past. But QRD were brilliant. Certainly 5☆

Price was set out before hand, usual plumber could not fix it and didn't seem to understand the issue. QRD fixed it quickly without issue.

The service was exemplary from the onset. From the logging a call for unblocking our outside garden drain to arrival of the engineers onside things were handled consistently. We were kept informed by text and phone calls, as to the engineers eta. On arrival the engineers were both professional and quickly resolved the matter. My mother was very pleased. Thank on a service delivered first time.

Had a small persistent leak in bathroom toilet. Rang QRD for an emergency call out. A plumber arrived the next day and after a bit of an investigation found and fixed the leak. So resolution in just under 24 hours. Very pleased.
